Super convenient location. Simple abode with small kitchen good enough for simple breakfast and reheating takeout (no dishwasher, small nook seats 2 comfortably but there’s a dining table for 4 on the patio), 3 window AC units. We had some issues with (1) the smoke detector went off a few times but we weren’t cooking, the only thing that had happened was someone took a shower, and (2) we had some noise overnight from a neighbor. The smoke detector never went off again after that morning so it wasn’t a big deal. Fairly priced budget rental, great host!

The place was excellent for my purposes of staying. Very clean, like the idea both rooms had a bathroom, the only thing was kitchen appliances need to be updated and did not like that I had to pay to wash my clothes. Besides that area was quite and very homey, close to walmart, target and alot of restaurants to eat.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Brent worked with us when we needed an early check in. The apartment was great for my husband, his parents, and I. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, but can be a little busy during the day.
