Guest access:
Guests have access to the full property. This home is on a wooded acre with trails starting on the property. You will be provided a door code for keyless entrance to the front door.

Parking notes: large driveway that can fit up to 6 cars. The last mile of the drive is on plowed gravel roads. 4-wheel drive in winter is encouraged, but not required. No street parking allowed in Grand County.

Other things to note:
On snowy days, the driveway will be plowed, though keep in mind that the plow folks have other houses to plow as well, so they will get to the house as quickly as possible. There are shovels in the front if you need access to your car before they arrive. They will attempt to work around your vehicles, but may need to return when you have left for the day.

In the winter, snow tires and/or 4 wheel drive is recommended.
