About this house rental
Aleramo is our wonderful lodging, created by renovating the main structure of the “Scou,” the old building where domestic chestnuts were once dried.
The space spans two floors connected by a wooden staircase: the first floor, which features a beautiful living area with a kitchen and fireplace, opens directly onto the inner courtyard.
On the first floor, in the attic, you’ll find the sleeping area and an elegant bathroom for exclusive use.
The accommodation can sleep up to 5 people thanks to a double bed, a fixed sofa bed, a fold-out pull-out bed, and a comfortable cot.
One final gem: from a quaint window—once used to pass chestnuts through—you can now admire a picturesque view of the entire estate.

A bath set is included, consisting of a shower towel, a face towel, and a bidet towel.
The cost of underfloor heating is already included in the price.
Wi-Fi is free, and the password will be provided upon your arrival.
Tables and lounge chairs are available in the outdoor areas for dining and relaxing.
If you love barbecuing, a grill is available for use by prior arrangement with the owners.
You can arrange with the owners to use the washing machine.
