Our party of five slept comfortably in this cute condo. It was right on a small beach on the lake. Although it rained the entire time, and geese filled the beach and dock area, we didn’t spend any time in the water. I am sure in beautiful weather, it is an absolute gem on the beach. Pool and hot tub were dirty but comfortable. Property is run down but still a great place for the price. It was a bummer that we could not have a fire outside or even in the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again.

The facility is in need of significant improvement. Many things throughout the property are outdated or need repair or replacement. When we arrived, there were no bed sheets or bedding for the sofa bed. A maintenance staff member, who was very helpful, brought them about an hour later. However, the quilt and pillows were still in their original packaging and didn’t appear to have been washed before use. Another issue was the excessive noise from the room above us. The guests were running around until around 3:00 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. The next morning, we found beer cans scattered in front of our porch that had apparently been thrown down during the night. Overall, based on our experience, I don’t think this is a suitable place for families looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The stairs to the dock were right outside our door. Caught some fish while watching a bald eagle flying nearby. We did not like that one of our vehicles had to be parked down the road. That was a very big inconvenience
