Beautiful home in a quiet area of Black Butte Ranch. The outside seating area is such a bonus, if the weather permits and the new hot tub is great!. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find a drawer filled with spices. Kris is very quick to respond to any questions. Our only suggestion: It would be wonderful. if there was a way to add more recessed lights in the livingroom / diningroom. We found ourselves gravitating to the windows to read, but maybe that is just aging eyes.
