Checked in to a slightly run down apartment down a poorly indicated, poorly lit, and smelly narrow entryway. The apartment had several window locks not working, sticky key locks, damaged buttons on the washer, and an unusable hot water kettle full of scale. Staff took one whole week to replace the kettle after being notified. In my entire stay, not once was the "service apartment" serviced nor a check up conducted, so the sheets and towels remained unchanged and toiletries not restocked, and rubbish was left to pile up with no extra garbage bags provided. I had to purchase my own toiletries despite booking an entire apartment as a solo traveller. There was no communication by the host on when any of these would be conducted either. Upon checkout, host did not reply to my questions about the additional and significant damage deposit paid or any itemized deductions for an entire week after checkout, until I proposed to go to my card issuer, and the refund magically appeared the next day. Would highly recommend to avoid.

First time staying here. Good points were the apartment was well equipped, WiFi and location. Bad points was the fact the apartment was two flights up the stairs (a chore for me with lots of luggage) the smell from the Tandoori restaurant next door and the alley that makes the flat feel unsafe.

Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling. That said, once inside the apartment was adequate. There was an issue with a water/toilet leak in the bathroom. The kitchen is small with limited kitchen items available (
