Decent place to stay with great location. However, the staff were not very pleasant and check in process was unpleasant and unwelcoming.

The apartment was dirty upon my arrival - hair on the tile floor and rug, dried food on the kitchen table, grime on the doors, etc. Also, no one responded to my message to inquire about wash clothes or hand towels (there were only bath towels in the bathroom). Location was very noisy as well. However, it was close to Bayfront Park, which was nice.

About this apartment rental

Situated in the city center, this welcoming condo brings all of Miami within your reach. Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace are just a short walk away. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Miami by hopping on a metro at either College-Bayside Metromover Station or First Street Metromover Station, both just 5 minutes away by foot.

After you return, you can unwind by the outdoor pool (enjoy the sun loungers!) or sip a drink on the terrace; you may also like the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and plasma TV.

This vacation rental features premium bedding, air conditioning, blackout drapes/curtains, and coworking spaces. In addition, there's a rainfall showerhead, along with towels, shampoo, and soap.
