Good location , easy to find but need improvement on bedding.

fair size apartment. easy access clean

Elevetor did not work properly, way TOO SLOW going up or down and would stop suddenly mid way. Bedding did not look appealing specially pillows they look worn out . Host offered transfer from airport at €35 , when a the regular taxis at the airport only cost me only € 23 . a ride to the apartment.

A good choice if you want something affordable for a short stay.

Relatively close to the metro and center of Porto. Really nice cafe and grocery shop close by. The apartment is clean and it came with all necessary equipment. Easy check-in and check-out.

As the apartment has no air condition, you rely on sleeping with open windows/balcony doors. However the bedroom balcony door was broken and can’t be closed properly. It also shows that it comes with parking, which is not correct. There is a parking house in the same building, but it was always full, so we had to go to another parking house and pay 20 euros per 24 hours.

A huge disappointment!

The lift was broken when we arrived, and we had not been informed beforehand. The fact the property had a lift was one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation. I have mobility issues and we had to carry our bags, cases, a baby and a pram up three flights of winding stairs. To make matters worse, the apartment we were given had one bedroom instead of the two we had booked. The owner moved us to another block the following day and agreed to refund our first night, but despite repeatedly contacting them, I have been ignored and still have not received the refund that was promised. That first night was extremely uncomfortable. The apartment was very hot and 3 in the one room was a tight squeeze. We didn't feel safe. The number of bolts on the door was particularly off-putting, and even my husband, who is not usually phased, did not feel comfortable going out when he went out alone to find somewhere to buy food. Moving apartments the following day also meant that we missed a boat trip that I had pre-booked and was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing stay became a very stressful experience. The lack of communication, the incorrect accommodation, the broken lift and the fact that the promised refund has still not been received have left us extremely disappointed. The continued lack of response from the owner has been the cherry on top!

Properly was spacious and well designed

The only thing that needs improvement is that the walls are dirty in the kitchen/ we had a mold on the wall in our bedroom and I guess was coming from bathroom because was same wall. Washing machine also needs some attention. And coffee machine didn’t work .
