Due to unforeseen circumstances we were moved to bottom unit. It was nice to have access to patio. Parking is tricky on side so I recommend a smaller vehicle, you park on side next to garage. The location though is absolutely perfect..steps to beach. Gorgeous views and close to Belmont Park so if you have young kids its great. We walked the beach early to collect shells n found some beautiful ones.

Steps from the beach and the park.
We have a family with a bunch of teens. There was plenty of space, beds for everyone.
Looking forward to coming back again.
