This was a great place to stay for our first time visiting Seoul. The host Pony was very responsive and communicated with us through WhatsApp. They were able to help us in booking a pick up from the airport, which was well worth it as this was our first time visiting the city. The apartment was well furnished and had all the amenities we needed over the week that we stayed. A case of water was provided each time that the apartment was cleaned and having a washer was a major plus. The apartment is next to a supermarket and many restaurants across the street. Line 1 and 2 of the metro are accessible with a 10 to 15 minute walk. My family and I really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Staff very helpful once contact was made. Location may be a bit of a challenge for those not able to use public transport and willing to walk to subway stations. Only concern was not knowing check-in info until hours before checkin.

The hotel host was great at communicating with us on checking in and out. Location was great as we needed to be closer to Korea University and this place was only 2 stops away or quick uber ride. And it close to subway station that took us to all the touristy spots that we wanted to visit. Room was great and we would definitely stay here again.
