The description on Hotels.com states postcode YO15 2LW this is so incorrect. The property is actually postcode YO15 3QN which 11 minute drive and over an hour walk, completely the other direction to the description. This really did not help us with an old/ poorly dog and 4 year old grandaughter. If it hadn't been for the fact that Andrew (the owner) was very pleasant and the chalet being lovely and quiet there would have been a huge complaint being made. The only other negative was that the chalet hadn't been cleaned very well. Cigarette ends in ashtrays (outside) the oven was disgraceful and I had to wipe down the outside table (Mug marks) and the coffee table.

We went at the end of March / beginning of April so it was lovely and quiet and relaxing. Was withing easy reach of the coastal path to Bridlington and close to the beach where we could walk our dog.

5 / 10

All areas of the chalet were spotless, kitchen and equipment, bathroom and living areas. There was a vacuum cleaner ,mop & bucket for quick clean ups during our stay ( we had our dog with us).

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this chalet . Everything is so nice , the location , the amenities and the secure garden for the dogs. It is very comfortable and warm.I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be booking again.
