Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)

The resort community was very clean and felt very safe. The only con was that the home was advertised with amenities that you actually had to pay a significant amount to utilize, such as a crib, gas grill or heat for the hot tub!

The house was exactly as the pictures posted. Very well maintained, cleaned, and well equipped with all essential equipment for cooking ext. My family and I loved it. It exceeded our expectations! We truly recommend this house, and will definitely rent this house again.
