When I lost my passport on the Grab and I inform to the staff and Manager and all are many assist to me for finding my passport.
Very very good for service and assistant.

Breakfast is terrible. Chef don't serve an extra piece of bread. No tea or drink if you late to have breakfast. I left a loaf of bread for the cook to serve others if someone asks. The apartment was superb. But WiFi was down for the whole day

Had a large family of 6. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Short walk to night food market and Bukit Bintang.
Customer service from management was excellent!

No laundry service, the infrastructure needs to be modernized especialy in the bath, elevators andvthe bed itvwas partialy fresh... The room was not vacuumed.
