Mostly l love the people working there. The pool is also great. The location is excellent too. My 4th stay there. I will return next time I am in Leticia!

I use the air conditioning. I didn’t use the swimming pool.

This was an all inclusive, food very good. Staff very friendly. They have excursions you can book in the hotel which made things easy. Very central. There is a language barrier if you do not speak Spanish so just make sure you have a translator app on your phone.

For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. A general lack of amenities like no jacuzzi, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms are nice. Again, for the money, very disappointing in general. We have stayed at many other places at half the cost but with excellent service, food, amenities, etc.
