We had a wonderful stay at Quinta do Mocho. The host Antonio was incredibly welcoming and very helpful, and our room was spotless, cosy, spacious and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast - fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection, yummy. The location was very peaceful, being in the rural environment you can unwind with ease, amazing views from the room balcony and around the site. We cannot recommend this lovely place highly enough!!

Unlike busy Faro, this is in a nice area following a rural unpaved road. Very nice place to relax away from the noise, to observe the local birds and close enough to the popular destinations. Antonio the host is a wealth of knowledge and grows a lot of fruits and plants on site. About 15 mins to Faro’s airport and then MAR shopping center .

Antonio owns the place, he really loves it, and it shows . Fresh food from the 'garden' for brekkers . He went out of his way to help his guests [ well , us anyway] . The views are truly wonderful, and worth the trip by itself . Clean, spacious , and a welcoming house, not a hotel feel
