Cocolobo Resort

My wife and I loved it! Quiet, peaceful and totally relaxing stay. It’s only about 15 minutes to the center of west end so very convenient for eating, shopping, dining and diving. We can’t say enough good things about Aligator Nose and all of the staff at Cocolobo. We will definitely return.

Our stay at Cocolobo exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Misa welcomed us with such genuine kindness and warmth that we immediately felt at home. She went above and beyond in every way, always willing to help and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Joanna and Gina were equally wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The entire staff created an experience where we never had to worry about a thing. It was the definition of a true vacation. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Ransi, who handled our transportation. Everything was perfectly coordinated with Cocolobo from beginning to end. Every pickup was on time, communication was excellent, and the entire process was seamless. It made traveling around the island completely stress-free and added so much to our overall experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. It is immaculately clean, peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. We always felt completely safe, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was close enough to enjoy everything Roatán has to offer, yet tucked away just enough to provide a tranquil escape from the crowds. What made our stay truly unforgettable wasn’t just the stunning setting, but the people. The hospitality we experienced reflected the kindness and generosity that we found throughout Honduras. Every person we met treated us like family, and that is something we will never forget.

At first, I was a little skeptical about not having direct beach access in front of the property, but I was completely wrong. Cocolobo is truly a hidden gem, surrounded by lush tropical trees and overlooking a beautiful bay. The beach is just a 10-minute walk to West End, where you'll find a gorgeous beach, great restaurants, and plenty of nightlife. When you're ready to unwind and recharge, Cocolobo is the perfect peaceful retreat. The staff made our stay unforgettable. Everything was just PERFECT. Very quiet place, but close enough to the beach, restaurants and other things. We loved the view from the room, which was so clean and very well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and changed every day. Highly recommend!!
