Room actually had air conditioning, so that was nice. Great location. The included breakfast was the worst meal I had in two weeks in Europe.

Well located in Interlaken West. Just a block away from train and buses. Beautifully situated between 2 beautiful rivers, downtown and nice restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again

No ice or ice machine available on site for guests. Breakfast was a buffet with a nice variety. The breakfast room staff was very attentive, constantly restocking and tidying up. Could use a longer, heavier weight shower curtain- it was difficult to keep inside the tub when showering and guests were warned that there would be a hefty fine for excessive water on the floor. Loved the water- it was immediately very cold, or hot, as desired from the tap and we were on the third floor. Very conveniently located to the central part of town for shopping and dining, and also to the train station, but we were not disturbed by noise from the trains.
