The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.

I requested to change dates, which wasnt executed.
So, I cancelled and re-booked with the new dates.
That second reservation then got cancelled, days later wo my request.
I had to quickly rebook (for the 3rd time).
The communication re: ID is very clunky.
Information is provided, then a daily automated email requests more.
Plus multiple requests for Info in different emails.
Even when information is provided, more requests come thru for the same info.
You have to fix the Processes.
The onsite Concierge were fantastic (Toni and Cynthia).
