About this house rental

Located in Tokyo, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. You'll easily make the quick 6-minute drive to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden or the 4-minute drive to Shinjuku Central Park. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Tokyo by hopping on a metro at either Shin-nakano Station, a short 7-minute walk away, or Nakano-fujimicho Station, 7 minutes away.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom rental, you'll find a dining area, a fireplace, luggage storage, and air conditioning. It was a pleasure staying at Villa Kusunoki for our short 5 day stay to attend a family event in Tokyo. The property owner, Mr. Kusunoki, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. He is an excellent source of information, and seemed very happy to help us in all aspects of our travel and stay. The home is very well kept, and has many modernized features to make your stay comfortable. It is very conveniently located, and is easy walking distance to various public transportation. I highly recommend this property!

Mr. Kusunoki is such a pleasant man. He sent us the best routes to get to places on multiple occasions, and shared with us many spots to go. He used his many connections to get us discounts on watches, and informed us the cheapest way to buy train tickets, and amusement park tickets. If we come back to Tokyo, we will be staying here again.

The host is spectacular and a great source of information regarding food and anything else you might need during your trip. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were fantastic.
