We had communication a few days beforehand of how to collect keys to the apartment which were straight forward. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and in great condition. It had everything we needed. Everything is within walking distance in York city centre with loads of cafes, restaurants and pubs on the same street.

The accommodation was spotless, easy to locate the apartment. A member of staff I met when I arrived was very pleasant and helpful. Just a short walk into the main shopping area and historic city. I personally would definitely use them again on my trips to York.

Pros: Well located for tourism in York. Plenty of space for a comfortable stay with friends / family. Fairly comfortable over all and allowed us a flexible late check-out of 1..30. Everything was mostly smooth / easy and I would likely book here again. Cons: Only one key provided - and the doors don't lock automatically - this proved a little inconvenient. Wifi was poor quality - we ended up using our phones' data.

Perfect for our 2 night stay in York. Very clean, great location, easy instructions to get in. The beds were very clean, lovely cotton linen. Hot water on demand, big shower. The only negative point is that there was a continuous noise above the second bedroom which kept my daughters awake at night. I can only think it was an extractor unit for the en-suit but there wasn’t any way of shutting it off.
