We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv.
Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator indicate until October. There was loud drilling starting at 6 am! Monday through Saturday. (May want to check if this project has ended- work does not happen on Sunday.)
Also note: Ann Arbor has freight trains which run close to the building, by law they blare their horns when the pass through town. A train came through at 11 pm.
Over a great rental space for a large family. There is a sofa bed as well. The location to Main Street is fantastic. Many great restaurants bars and shops. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. There was construction in the area, but easy to navigate.

Very very happy with this choice! The unit was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Could have been an Excellent choice but a few minor details; only 3 coffee cups-one cracked, and towels and mattress pads are in need of updating but other than those small details ( which are an easy fix 😉) the unit was fabulous. Location was great-easy walk to everything! There was construction going on but it did not affect us at all. Parking was smooth and easy. Bonus: we utilized the rooftop on a misty afternoon so our wedding group could sit and eat together. There were about 10 of us. We did take away, went up and ate together, chatted for about an hour or so, cleaned up and left the space the same as it was-it was ideal! The outside sitting would have been nice but it was a tad wet. I would not hesitate to book again. Our family members who stayed in a hotel for the week were jealous that we had this apartment to spread out.
