We booked 4 guests, when the booking showed 2. Called they said they’d update, but didn’t. The online guest checkin wasn’t functional and had to call again. Needed to schedule the time of our check in by call. Was delayed and called again. When we got there the second party host said they’d update were off at 5 and forced to stay til our delayed time without getting paid for his time. The update of guests didn’t get put in. And there was no sheets on the second bed. The host said he’d bring them and didn’t come back. We slept without sheets on the bed; which is really disgusting and unhygienic. The company is not recognizing their fault in properly preparing or following through with the work that is part of the full price I pay for holiday accommodation. Extremely inefficient and expensive accommodation in the end as I spent a good deal of time before during and after following up on what should be expected of a rental property and host.

great location!

Lovely place, looks just like the photos. You have to climb one flight of stairs after the elevator reaches the top floor. Excellent terrace on the roof entirely for your use. Bed and bedding is fantastic, very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
