1. Staff reply messages are fast enough.
2. The number of tissue boxes is good enough.
3. only toilet/bathroom hooks broken didn't fix and not enought hooks for hanging somethings during bath/toilet times.

The Room is over my expectation, I am sure I will book again in the future.
but.....the bed are too soft, my back felt a bit pain when I woke up.

The apartment is small for 4 people. Check in was real easy, the staff were very helpful, and the price was definitely cheap. The location is also amazing, so much to do in the area and close to stations as well.
