Concerning Health, Safety, and Cleanliness Standards

Location was great

I want to be fair to future guests: this property has serious issues that responsive communication cannot overcome. Immediate concerns upon arrival (late evening): The floors throughout the unit were noticeably sticky, requiring careful walking. The entire space had a strong marijuana odor that persisted overnight. While the property appeared marginally clean at first glance, closer inspection revealed significant problems. Health and safety violations: Bed linens had multiple cigarette ash burns, directly contradicting the strict no-smoking policy Building security is compromised—one entry door has no lock or key requirement whatsoever Provided body wash dispenser was completely empty Basic maintenance failures: Lamp missing lightbulb (functional lighting reduced) The communication paradox: The host was responsive to messages, which is why this review is particularly disappointing. Communication means nothing when the immediate, documented issues cannot be resolved during your stay. I arrived late at night when finding alternative accommodation wasn't realistic—responsiveness doesn't fix sticky floors or remove smoke odors at 11 PM. Bottom line: This property fails basic cleanliness and safety standards. The gap between stated policies (no smoking) and reality (ash-burned sheets) suggests either inadequate turnover inspections or knowing misrepresentation. Until management addresses these fundamental issues, I cannot recommend this property to travelers who expect health-compliant accommodations.

There is only one tv although the property can accommodate up to 5-6 people. We woke up to a lizard in the property. Lastly, this was not our original property we booked. The hosts waited last minute to inform us, of the situation and moved us to another room on the same property.

The location was perfect and close to everything I needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.
