The flat was an excellent base for managing our move back to Melbourne. The layout and facilities were excellent - it is so light and bright which makes it a lovely place to be. There is a small local coffee cafe round the corner: Phoenician and a little corner shop. Very convenient to get into the city (trams: 5, 64) at the end of the road and bus to the beach suburb 603.
Just have to be patient and aware of the narrow driveway with a car. We had a Honda sedan and it fitted - not sure if a family SUV size would fit for the turn at the end.

It's clean
Furnitured nicely .
It did the job.
No privacy every window is looking into another unit.
No fly screens on the windows.
They do have aircon in every room but lol don't like aircon l prefer to sleep with the windows open.
The dinner set is very run down had chips on most of the bowls definitely needs updating.
Oven wasn't working but to their credit sent some out straight away to fix the problem.
Balcony very small really not able to use it.
The TV connection isn't great kept dropping out couldn't watch Chanel 9 at all.
We stayed 7 nights and were give 3 garbage bags .
2 washing sachets.
No cleaning products so l went and bought more garbage bags washing up liquid stay and wipe and laundry detergent.
