Se puede mejoras la limpieza y en tema de la corriente

Piscina es grandesita y la casa es comoda

la piscina no esta limpia y casi todas las zonas estaba sucios o no limpia bien .Solo tiene aire una sola habitación y el salon. los otro 3 sin aire solo ventilador. Y tiene un problema con la corriente que 3 ocasiones nos quedamos sin luz en toda la casa en tan solo 3 dias. Dijeron que venia un electricista que nunca vino y tuve que solucionar por nuestra misma cuenta. Nada agradable

Decepción Alojamiento

Inaceptable: falta de diligencia ante emergencias, vulneración de intimidad, incumplimiento de condiciones y trato inaceptable por parte de la propietaria. Alquilamos del 31 de julio al 2 de agosto en plena ola de calor con una experiencia nefasta. El hecho más grave fue un corte total de luz, al pedir ayuda a la anfitriona, su respuesta fue un desinterés y malas formas absolutos, diciendo que "la pillábamos fuera y que ella qué podía hacer” y sin ofrecer solución alguna. Tuvimos que resolverlo solos llamando a un electricista particular, sin que ella se preocupara después por verificar si teníamos suministro. Igualmente grave fue la vulneración de nuestra intimidad el día del check-out. Tras fijarse la salida a las 11:00 h (confirmado en la app y por mensaje), envió un aviso a las 19:30 h del día anterior cambiando la hora a las 10:00 h. A las 10:00 h, sin esperar respuesta al timbre ni llamar, abrió la puerta con su llave e irrumpió en el salón con actitud agresiva y maleducada exigiendo la salida inmediata. Además, recriminó de malas formas que bajáramos dos colchones al salón, medida que tuvimos que tomar para poder dormir ante la falta de aire acondicionado en la mayoría de dormitorios en plena ola de calor. Por último, el agua de la piscina no estaba limpia y la pintura se desprendía manchándonos manos y pies de verde. Tampoco funcionaban ni la cascada de la piscina ni el hidromasaje anunciados. Una gestión sin la más mínima profesionalidad ni educación que vulnera los derechos del usuario. Totalmente desaconsejable.

Piscina es grandesita y la casa es comoda
