Whoever is cleaning the apartment should be fired

Apartment overlooks the main square. I really enjoy the ornate decorations on the walls, cozy feel it provides and gorgeous bathroom

1) The floors were very dirty, especially along the sides. You could see visible dust buildup in varies areas that would take a couple weeks of not cleaning to get to that point. The toilet also had specks of feces in it and wasn't cleaned properly. It's really unacceptable for an apartment that is being rented and "cleaned" multiple times per week to look like this. I get the feeling they don't hire a professional cleaner and do a quick wipe down, sweeping and change of sheets/ towels before next guest. 2) The mattress is tired and really needs to be replaced 3) Terrible communication. Even though I was in direct contact 90 minutes before our arrival, we had to check-in nearly 1 hour late because they were unresponsive.
