This lovely apartment is spacious and well appointed. We didn't cook in the kitchen beyond toast as there are so many good restaurants in walking distance, but everything is in the apartment if you want to cook. It's great to be right in the heart of old town Avignon and we particularly enjoyed the boutique museums close by, special shout out to Musee Calvert. Also it was very convenient to have a washing machine and have detergent provided.
Bit of a struggle getting our cases up to the second floor but that is common in Europe. We were not expecting a request for a refundable deposit just before our stay commenced, but the owner is quick to respond to messages and allayed our worries. Not at all the apartments fault but hoons like to roar around the old town streets at night making it hard to sleep.

Eigentlich alles. Perfekt für uns und den Aufenthalt.
Mich hat die Kaution in Höhe von 400 Euro überrascht. Verunsichernd war zudem, dass wir auf Nachfrage, ob alles gepasst hat bei Abreise, keine Nachricht bekommen haben…

Le logement était parfait.
L'environnement est parfait, le cadre est magnifique avec des commodités à proximité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le centre-ville ainsi que les monuments historiques.
Le manque d'isolation phonique des fenêtres. L'inaccessibilité de la terrasse.

Très bien situé , hyper centre ,à 30 m du parking de l'Oratoire
Logement spacieux et bien équipé
2 heures d'attente devant la porte du logement qui ne s'ouvrait pas . Personne au téléphone !! ... seulement quelques SMS évasifs et enfin quelqu'un est arrivé avec des clés . Pas de compensation pour le temps perdu ni pour le surcoût du parking pour la voiture !
Toujours ce souci de la caution sans état des lieux alors que de nombreuses choses sont défectueuses dans l'appartement
Logement très mal insonorisé ; bruits de la rue : conversations la journée et camions de livraison ou de nettoyage tôt le matin
