מלון חדש ומודרני, נקי ומטופח, הנוף יפה והחדר מרווח, נעים ומעוצב היטב.
המיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד ויש מרפסת עם נוף, יש בית סוהר בסביבה שרואים מהמרפסת אבל זה לא הפריע.
יש בריכה ענקית, עם מיטות שיזוף ושמשיות.
מהמרפסת שלנו היו מדרגות חיצוניות לבריכה.
מתאים ליציאה לטיולים באזור עם רכב, זה קצת רחוק מאגם שקודרה אבל קרוב ליציאה לכיוון תת'.
קחו בחשבון שאין מעלית ויש 2 גרמי מדרגות לחדרים שבקומה ראשונה, אז זה לא מתאים למי שמתקשה במדרגות.
בחדר הרחצה אין אפשרות לתלות מגבת, אין מתקנים לסבון ולמוצרי טיפוח אז נאלצנו לשים את בקבוקי הסבון על הרצפה.
גם במרפסת לא ניתן לתלות כביסה או מגבת, ולנו היה חסר ריהוט כמו שולחן וכיסאות נוחים לרבוץ מול הנוף.
מקבלים רק מפתח אחד לחדר (גם אם אתם שלושה), וזה לא נוח).
ביקשו מאיתנו לשלם אחרי הצ'ק אין, וכשירדנו לשלם לא היה מישהו בקבלה אז הברמנית נאלצה לקחת מאיתנו תשלום במזומן. כשביקשתי קבלה או אישור תשלום (שילמתי 1000€ במזומן) היא כעסה וביקשה שאסמוך עליה, זה היה מוזר כי היא לא סמכה עלי שאבצע את התשלום בבוקר. אציין שבמשך כל השהות שלנו, ואולי בגלל המקרה הזה, היא היתה קצת לא נחמדה וזה היה לא נעים.
ארוחת הבוקר דלה. אין בופה, אלא בהזמנה מתוך תפריט מצומצם.

Place is very pretty, rooms are great and spacious nice restaurant with delicious dinner options and the waiter provided a great service.
There's no one at the reception to welcome you or a bell or directions of what to do to call someone. We were told about breakfast will be a la carte so we could choose whatever we want, went for breakfast and choose avocado toast ( avo, benedict eggs and ham) bread was completely cold so we had to request to toast it, and the eggs were completely hard, very dissapointing. We add to the order home panckakes and we got fried bread with nutella which is ok but we were expecting pancakes. When we went to pay, we were overchaged and I questioned it, the group of waiters at the bar were telling us the prices displayed on the menu is from last year, but if it was a big deal for me to pay the actual price, they could cover it, which I found very unprofessional and rude, I request to talk to a supervisor but no supervisor on site (it seems there is no staff in the hotel if you don't go to the restaurant) after a little chat about that, the kind waiter who served is respected the price, as it has to be.
Our fridge was dirty.

Minus it being next door to a prison it is a lovely hotel with an unbelievable pool. Rooms are very large and comfortable. The breakfast options were decent
The food at the restaurant did not meet the level of the hotel appearance. One person got food poisoning for the shrimp linguine, and a Caesar salad was served with just mayonnaise and balsamic glaze.
