Great location, staff very nice. Room was clean.
We were surprised that our room was in a location a few streets from the reception. It was more like Airbnb set-up than hotel. Initially we were worried as we arrived at the building and there were bins inside the entrance and it looked quite unclean. When we got upstairs to the rooms there were clean and nicely designed. However one of our rooms was very small and had a really strong damp smell for the whole weekend.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to so many great places you can visit on foot.
The staff at the reception have been very nice and helpful, especially Maria.
The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the nearby basilica.
The room we were accommodated in on the first night wasn't like those in the pictures posted on the site. After that we were moved to another room, which was excellent, with a great view.
