Simon, the porter is very attentive and kind. Also all staff were friendly and helpful.
I came back from Kilimanjaro hike and next day the person next to me checked out early and they started cleaning the room so early with a lot of noise

nice staffs and nice vibe! an open dining area is good for socialising with other guests as well as staffs.
the bathroom floor can be better designed.

The water was hot and the male worker were very nice and helpful. The morning smoothie was decent.
The staff, especially the female workers, would often stare at me and never say anything. They mentioned a restaurant at the location, but it only had one meal, and when I asked for food, they said it was too late. My room was next to the workers, and they were so loud all night and day. I was unable to shut the windows from the inside my room.
