The hotel is located at the end of a small ally / lane way in a wonderful vibrant part of the city. Is is very quiet and comfortable. The room size is tiny, the bed takes up the entire space between the bathroom wall and the glass sliding doors. The bed was very comfortable. There is a small fridge with a few items available, but prices are very high. There is only one robe in the wardrobe even though it is a double room.
Be sure to walk along the Main Street amongst the local people - it is an entire vibe of its own and the very real side of Ho Chi Minh if that’s what you’re wanting.
There is no lift / elevator, so if you are staying here at the end of your vacation, you are going to have to carry all your heavy luggage up several flights of stairs yourself. Breakfast is served from 7:30am, if you have an early flight you won’t be able to have anything to eat before leaving and there will be no one at the front seat to check you out either.
Water pressure in the shower is not there, the water was hot enough, but no pressure just a trickle.
We booked knowing the room was small, but it is super tiny and with full size suitcases and hand luggage there is little room to move once inside. There was only one bath towel provided and we were unable to find the owner to ask for another so one of us had to use a floor mat and hand towel to dry ourselves.

So clean, staff were so attentive, they even took me to the ATM and to go buy a SIM card. I didn’t have cash with me so they paid first for me ! I couldn’t believe it, so helpful when you’ve just arrived in a new country. The breakfast options are soooo delicious. The beds were so comfy and I had the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Super quiet property, convenience stores and food 1 min walk, 10 min Grab from city central.
The toilet had some issues at the start but the staff fixed it immediately so it wasn’t a problem
