Convenient location very close to the main piazza. Easy walking distance
The toilet seat is too loose. I almost fell off the toilet. It’s not just a little loose it moved away from the toilet.

De ligging en dat het voor deze prijs zeer comfortabel was
Klein minpuntje: terrassen van omwonenden kunnen bij mooi weer overlast geven. Maar met raam dicht geen last van

The location was excellent. It was close to shops, restaurants, bars, public transport and easy walking to many central sights in Bologna. The room was comfortable and an added bonus was a kitchen area with cooking facilities and a large communal fridge. We stayed for a week and when we requested clean towels they were delivered promptly. There were a couple of English channels on the TV which was also quite nice. The property has a lift which was a great help as we were on the 4th floor.
The small fridge in the room did not work but we had the fridge in the kitchen so that was fine. We stayed for a week and it would have been nice to have the room serviced once during our stay. It would also have been nice to be given a couple of bottles of water when we arrived.

The location is great, it couldn't be more central unless it was inside the City hall building.
It was relatively quiet.
The cleaning staff was super helpful and delightful. Real MVPs.
The images in the listings are a bit misleading. What you have is a room with a private bathroom, but the kitchen is in common with the rest of the quests.
The bed creaked every time I got out of it. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet in any meaningful manner.
The AC sounded like a diesel tractor every time the compressor started.
For the price (even though I understand why it costs so much for the period in which we visited) is absolutely not worth it.

"I liked that the room was very clean and bright and so close to the old town."
