Very clear instructions about the key safe & easy to use
Very clean & very well equipped
Lovely courtyard
Excellent location for 10 minute walk along pathways into the centre of Market Harborough, no need to walk along a main road
Bed in the main bedroom was a little soft for us
Some people would find the stairs very steep

Lovely cottage, very relaxing and felt completely at home. Very good communications from the host, who was most welcoming. Would absolutely book again if I were down that way, we loved it. Had come down for a niece's wedding and it made a great base with nearby park, easy walk to town centre and shops.
