The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Duomo. Communication with the host was great, and the check-in process was simple and convenient. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.
Nothing major to complain about. The room was fairly basic, but it was comfortable and met our needs for our stay.

They give you everything you need. Coffee, breakfast, water , they have an iron, the blower for hair is very good. Is very clean and the location is just perfect

Great location near Duomo and metro line. Very clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, crisp bread and toppings. Great to have a kettle and coffee machine.
Very small and steps to bathroom. It was fine for our one night stay.
Self check in was a bit tricky but well explained. Had a problem when we went to leave with door onto street stuck closed. Fortunately someone from an adjacent business could open it for us (and other guests in the same predicament).

The location is amazing and self check-in was easy and fast.
The room is quite cramped and has no windows to the outside. The only windows are to the corredor, so must remain closed. This makes the room quite dark.
