Your staff member Maryam was the best we have had in our 40 day vacation. She went out of her way to be helpful and friendly! She is a real asset to your hotel chain.
Your staff at 2am when we checked in did not answer our questions, For example- we asked which way was the train station, to which he replied. I don't know.

Beautiful room, the rooftop terrace was really nice to sit and have a drink with nice views of Barcelona
Great location for the airport but a little far from the city

Helpful person on the front desk who assisted with printing my air tickets.
The title of the hotel led me to believe it was actually close to the airport but it wasn't - taxi fare 30Euros
No assistance with luggage given.
No instructions in the room AT ALL. Didn't know how to turn on lights etc. Air con too high and not able to amend in room. had to ring Reception 5 times to get the temperature reduced.
