Honest review

Honest review Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The property is advertised as being close to Paris, but in reality it was approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour away, depending on traffic. If your main purpose is to visit central Paris or attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, this is something you should seriously consider before booking. The surrounding neighbourhood did not feel comfortable or suitable for our family with children. We frequently saw groups of young adults around the area, some with their faces covered, which made us feel uneasy, particularly in the evenings. The property itself also needs significant improvement: - The house was not as clean as expected. - Most of the furniture was very old and dated. - The beds were in poor condition. The sheets were clean and fresh, but the beds themselves were not comfortable or in good shape. - The kitchen was very old and could use renovation. - The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. - The door lock was extremely difficult to operate every single time we tried to enter. - The car park had no lighting, which was particularly inconvenient at night. - The car park entrance was extremely narrow and difficult to navigate. - The towels were old and not in a condition we felt comfortable using, so we did not use them. - Overall, the property felt overpriced compared with other accommodation that was available at the time. There were a few positives, such as the fresh bed sheets, but unfortunately these did not make up for the overall condition, location, and lack of basic amenities. In summary, I would recommend carefully checking the exact location and recent reviews before booking, particularly if you are travelling with children or your main reason for visiting is to explore central Paris.

Dirty, no parking, and no response from the hosts

There was no access to the parking garage. The remote should be in the apartment, but there was none. We´ve tried to contact the hosts with the phone number provided, through booking.com, and WhatsApp contact, but there was no response. After looking for the remote to the garage, we found dirt and dry food scraps on the sofa under the pillows, dirt in the dresser, and generally, there was dust everywhere, and the surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom were oddly sticky. We left the apartment after an hour and a half of trying to reach the hosts, and we cancelled the reservation. There is still no response after three weeks, and no decision about the refund can be made because of the non-communication of the hosts. Don´t book this accommodation!

The apartment is good if you don’t need to use the parking

The property has what you need and it’s clean

Location it’s far from the city Centre. The underground parking is only good for a very small car not for a medium or SUV size cars. We had a big difficulty to drive out of the parking.
