The bed was very comfortable, and the room very welcoming. Despite being on a busy road noise was not an issue in the attic room.
Bus stop was very close by, to get to main train station. Easy distance to restaurants and shopping.
The attic room meant three levels of staircase steps to take luggage up, with the last set being very narrow, badly lit, and actually built as part of the room - the property is aware of the need for extra lighting.
I believe that there is a potential safety issue with the final steps going up to the attic room, because they start going down directly from the landing where you walk between the bed and the bathroom. I believe the attic room is unsuitable for anyone who is elderly or has mobility issues. I think this information ought to be “front and centre” rather than included in ‘important notes’ about the property.

Fresh and clean, staff very helpful, great location out of Amsterdam.

The location was close to the train station, plus very close to a grocery store and restaurants. The complimentary bottle of wine they provided in our room was a very nice touch 👌.
It was a bit loud until approx 2AM in the mornings, however, the host did provide earplugs for both of us to use.

The room feels cosy and clean, and the bed is very comfortable.
Considering the price, the room is really not up to standard.
* The window overlooking the street does not close properly. When it is windy, it keeps partially opening and closing, which creates a lot of noise and allows cold air into the room.
* The room is extremely noisy. You can hear everything happening on the street, largely due to the poor quality of the window.
* The shower has very low water pressure, making it difficult to use comfortably.
