It was an amazing view from balcony and studio was clean.
Staffs are friendly.
Parking charge is 300 rupees for two wheeler which I was not aware of and on reservation it was mentioned that 50 rupees parking price so i believe it should be 50 rupees for whole day however it was just for a hour parking price.

Had to pay Rs 450 extra for parking and it was not mentioned anywhere while booking and bathroom was quite small

Location - Gate 1 is within walking distance from Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro station. The flat is on the 28th floor with a fantastic view.
Entry to the tower had a long que. Something you would not want to stand and face especially when you are.coming from a trying journey.
Floor of the room was sticky and there was an odd smell in the room..However the caretaker did provided a room freshener on asking for one.
