Déception
Le studio n’avait pas été nettoyé, présence de cafard, l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché, la douche aussi.
Pour le prix de 116€ la nuit nous avons trouvés ceci très mal géré.

Cafards et moisissures : à fuir dans l'état !
Le logement est plutôt bien équipé et pourrait être agréable si son entretien et sa propreté étaient à la hauteur. L’emplacement était également pratique pour notre séjour.
Malheureusement, notre séjour a été très désagréable en raison de l’état général et surtout de l’hygiène du logement.
À notre arrivée, le logement n’était déjà pas correctement nettoyé. Mais le principal problème a été la présence de nombreux cafards : nous en avons retrouvé plusieurs de différentes tailles dans l’appartement, y compris beaucoup de petits. Nous avons également découvert des pièges/appâts anti-cafards posés au-dessus de l’armoire de la cuisine. Ils n’étaient donc pas installés, mais leur présence laisse fortement penser que le problème de cafards était déjà connu avant notre séjour.
À cela s’ajoutent des traces importantes de moisissure au plafond, présentes à plusieurs endroits du logement. Entre les cafards, la moisissure et le manque général de propreté, nous ne nous sommes absolument pas sentis à l’aise et avons très mal dormi pendant notre séjour.
Nous avons immédiatement signalé ces problèmes à l’hôte, qui nous avait promis un retour rapide. Quatre jours plus tard, nous n’avons toujours reçu absolument aucune réponse. Au vu de la gravité des problèmes signalés, notamment la présence de nombreux cafards et de moisissures, nous trouvons cette absence totale de suivi honteuse.
C’est vraiment dommage car le logement est plutôt bien équipé et pourrait être agréable, mais dans cet état, les problèmes d’hygiène prennent largement le dessus sur ses qualités. Pour nous, la présence importante de cafards et de moisissures rend le logement insalubre et il n’aurait pas dû être proposé à la location dans ces conditions.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas ce logement tant que ces problèmes n’ont pas été sérieusement traités.

Repellente e indegno
Nulla ho dovuto soggiornare in altra struttura e non ho neanche ottenuto il rimborso.
Gli asciugamani sporchi per terra, capelli e peli ovunque nel bagno, letto sfatto, cucinotto sporco, immondizia nell' armadio, sembrava quasi una struttura abbandonata, una cosa terribile! L' host non ha mandato nessuno per risolvere ed ho dovuto soggiornare in un altro hotel.
