Never received such a bad treatment in terms of customer service. The room is nice and in a good location.

The apartment was in a good location and felt comfortable.

We asked if it would be possible to extend our stay for two more days and got this request confirmed by one of the stuff members. After asking for the payment method the person didn’t respond anymore. Since I assumed the person or somebody from the office will get back to me with more payment details we didn’t think about it further. On the next day, a stuff member came to our appartment and told us that we would need to leave the appartement because there is a booking for today. We showed the conversation from the previous 2 days and that we were waiting for a payment link from Yume’s side. Another person called and told us that we would need to leave immediately (we were having lunch and needed to pack and book another hotel) or she would call the security. I have traveled a lot but I never experienced any situation like that in terms of customer treatment. Furthermore, the communication and organization of the whole booking process was really bad. An AI-Chatbot is getting in touch with you after booking. Since I am not Brazilian I need to communicate in English, neither the ai nor the stuff were able to communicate with me in English. We wanted to arrange early check-in. The booking platform which was shared with us did neither work with credit card or PayPal, both of these payment means were shown in online process. When we finally managed to make the payment for early-check-in (only possible with my boyfriends pix-account), there were neither towels or bedsheets in the room. They only came after 2 hours or more.
