The beachfront vacation apartments on Maria-Seidel-Straße in Koserow, Usedom, are located in a quiet vacation apartment complex that was newly built in 2002.
2-room apartment – Maria-Seidel:
- for up to 2 people + extra bed on the sleeper sofa
- on the first floor
- approx. 35 m² in size
- only about a 4-minute walk from the beach
Maria Seidel Vacation Rental 2:
The vacation rental features a living room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

- Mini-kitchen (refrigerator, sink, 2-burner stove) including microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils
- Bedroom with a double bed
Due to space limitations, an extra bed for a child—using the travel crib provided in the vacation rental—would only be possible in the living room.
- One parking space
You must bring your own bed linens. Towels can optionally be provided directly by the guest coordinator for a fee. A linens package consisting of towels and bed linens costs 20.00 euros.
