A special highlight is the spacious, southeast-facing balcony loggia, from which you can fully enjoy the soothing silence of nature and the impressive mountain panorama.

Shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, and the tourist information office are all within a convenient 10- to 15-minute walk.

Our non-smoking apartment is approximately 47 m² and offers comfortable and tastefully appointed amenities for a relaxing stay:

If desired, our Swiss stone pine bedroom with a separate bathroom (shower/toilet) can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. In this case, the living space increases to approximately 68 m².

The quiet yet central location of our vacation rental offers the perfect starting point for numerous mountain and hiking tours in the Berchtesgaden Alpine National Park.
A bus stop, various shopping options, and an outdoor swimming pool are all within a convenient 10-minute walk.
Numerous hiking trails begin right at the house and lead you to the huts and alpine pastures of the surrounding mountains. During the winter months, you’ll find cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails, and the Jenner ski touring and tobogganing area right nearby.
The center of Schönau am Königssee, with its Kneipp facility and brine graduation tower, is also within easy walking distance. The Watzmann Therme and the salt mine in Berchtesgaden offer additional varied recreational opportunities.
