The “Little Boulder” is a new, freestanding, thatched-roof vacation home suitable for up to 12 people plus one toddler—featuring high-quality furnishings, solid wood floors, in-floor heating, a sauna, and parking spaces on the property.
Spread over two floors are three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an additional guest restroom on the first floor, an open kitchen in the large living-dining area with a large dining table and ample seating, a large bedroom with its own bathroom and sauna on the first floor, a lounge with a TV and a sleeper sofa on the upper floor, two additional bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor, and—if needed—two attic rooms, each with two single beds (accessible via a sturdy ladder from the upper bedrooms), as well as an utility room with a washer and dryer. The outdoor area features 2 terraces with seating and a grill, 1 boules court, sun loungers, and a play ship in the large garden surrounded by a stone wall.
"Kleiner Findling" Vacation Home:
The two cozy, converted loft spaces, each with two single beds, are accessible only via the two upper bedrooms and exclusively via a sturdy, permanently installed wooden ladder. Access to the ladder is secured from the lofts. Use of the additional beds is, of course, possible by arrangement. Our house is ideal for groups. If you’d like to book fewer than 4 nights in our house, you’re welcome to do so—please contact the tourist office for more information.
A safety rail for children is provided. Also available are children’s toys, books, biking and hiking maps, a picnic basket, and a picnic blanket. Furthermore, all ancillary costs are included.
Towels are changed once during a 14-day stay.
For bookings by youthand children’s groups, we require a security deposit of 500.00 €, to be paid on-site to our property manager. The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the house at checkout, provided there is no damage. Thank you for your understanding.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
