About this house rental
A room in the heart of Rome, just 300 meters from Termini, the most important train station in the Italian capital. Relax in this quiet space, soundproofed from all the outside noise of the city, just a short walk from all the monuments the Eternal City has to offer. A short walk will take you to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the magnificent Colosseum.
The room is modern, elegant, and well-furnished, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with a functional design and numerous additional amenities.
The double bed features a padded headboard with light-colored vertical rectangular panels, divided into four sections. The bedding includes white sheets and a black floral bedspread with light-colored flower motifs, accompanied by two large white pillows. On either side of the bed are two black nightstands, with a small vase containing a white flower on the nightstand to the right. Lighting is provided by two pendant lamps with white spheres, one on each side of the bed.
The bedroom walls are white, creating a clean and bright look, while the floor is covered with light gray tiles. The furnishings include a white desk with a light wood chair and a gray cushion, on which are placed a few green candles and a small vase of flowers. A flat-screen TV is mounted across from the bed, and nearby is an open white wardrobe with hanging rods and shelves for organization. An air conditioner mounted above the door ensures a comfortable temperature.
Among the room’s features are a white radiator near the closet and a white door with horizontal accents.
The room also features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing outdoors. There is a mini-fridge for storing drinks and snacks, and high-quality toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and towels are provided. A hair dryer is included for guests’ convenience.
Additionally, if three people book the room, an extra bed will be added in addition to the double bed, or three single beds can be provided.

We chose this place as a pit-stop in Rome, rather than booking an airport hotel for our last night in Italy.We were pleased to be able to lug our bags from the train station and have an elevator available (BTW, elevator was occupied by workmen that afternoon due to some refurbishments going on)Nicolette was kind and helpful, got us checked in easily.I would never recommend this neighborhood as a base of operations in Rome, unless you had business specific to the area. Choose Trastevere for tourism and places to eat. Not that we were afraid for personal safety. It’s just not all that convenient to most touristy things. But for our needs, we were quite happy!

Recently renovated. Very clean. AC worked prrfectly. Location next to the Roma Termini. Excellent service and communication with the host. Unbeatable price/quality ratio.
