About this house rental
Gather at Larriva, a six-bedroom, three-bathroom Coachella retreat with a private saltwater pool and spa, swim-up bar, sunken outdoor kitchen and upstairs game room. Mountain views, generous indoor gathering spaces and family-friendly extras make this a comfortable base for a desert getaway.
Your backyard retreat
Swim up to the bar, relax on the Baja shelf or chaise loungers, and enjoy the putting green and pool basketball. The sunken patio includes outdoor entertainment, a natural gas grill, charcoal grill and outdoor kitchen with a sink. A fire pit and outdoor dining complete the space.
Living, dining and games
The open living area connects to a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, with a 75-inch 4K TV visible from both spaces. Upstairs, the game and play room features arcade machines, a full-size foosball table, board games, a couch and another 75-inch 4K TV.
Six bedrooms
Bedroom 1: king bed, two single beds and crib; private 4K TV, dedicated workspace, mountain views and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and waterfall-style shower.
Bedrooms 2–5: one queen bed in each room.
Bedroom 6: two double beds and two single beds.
Family comforts and practical extras
Baby bath, baby monitor, upstairs safety gates, pack ’n play/crib, children’s dishware and poolside plates help families travel light. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a complimentary level 2 EV charger are available.
Access and parking
Personalized keyless self check-in and private access to the entire house, except the owner’s closet. A two-car garage and two-car driveway accommodate up to four cars, with additional street parking.
Pool and spa heating
Spa heating is included and controlled through the kitchen iPad. Optional pool heating to 82°F costs $90 per night; request it in advance. Pool towels are provided.
Pets and property care
Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after them. Damage or stains may incur an additional $1,000 deep-cleaning charge plus assessment of damages. No smoking indoors; close windows and doors when smoking outside. House-rule violations may result in guests being asked to leave and cancellation without a refund.
Routine exterior service and safety
Pool service takes place Monday and Thursday in the early morning for approximately 15–30 minutes, using the side gate. Gardening is Wednesday morning; waste collection is Friday early morning. Exterior security cameras are in the front yard and face only the front yard.
Convenient for visits to the Desert Horse Park, PGA West, Thermal Track, local casinos, and the Coachella and Stagecoach festival area.
