Very relaxing and convenient

The neighborhood. Rich with history and keynote revitalized buildings. Very walkable to grab a bite after a long day.

Not so cozy, and not very sweet

I loved the balcony. I liked that it was within easy walking distance of the Old Republic theater. I liked that they provided some spices and condiments, and even olive oil for the fully equipped kitchen. I loved the ice dispenser and the cold water on the refrigerator. The shower and water pressure were very nice. It was extremely clean, and the air conditioner worked very well. The TV was very easy to figure out.

The listing said it was with a garage and so I thought the garage cost was included. It was not. The entrance was not clear, Google Maps showed the house across the street, they said the elevator in the garage didn't work, but it did. They sent five to seven pages of instructions on how to get into the unit. It was extremely hot, I had just had a 5-Hour Drive, and I just wanted to get into the unit and take a shower, and get some food. But they have no on-site staff available to help you get inside. Indianapolis is a bunch of one-way streets and I was unable to circle the block to try to determine how to get inside, although I tried that for at least 45 minutes. I use a walker, so walking around the building was not possible for me in my very tired state. I finally called customer service, and explained to them that I could not understand the instructions on how to get in. Unfortunately all they could do was repeat the instructions that I couldn't understand. They did help me arrange for the parking though, which otherwise would have been $40 a day which I could not afford. After three tries the parking app would not take Google pay or my credit card, so I gave up and used the payment method they wanted me to. Eventually I was able to access the building, 2 hours after I arrived to Indianapolis. It required four different codes. One to enter the garage, one for the street door for the building, one for the elevator, and a final one for my room. The Mental Gymnastics required were too much for me. I was afraid to leave my room, as I wasn't sure that I'd be able to get back in. I couldn't figure out the address to give to doordash, so dinner was some crackers I had brought with me, and water. I did make it to the concert, but I nearly turned around and drove back home when I was trying to get in. They continued to send me messages about how the garage elevator didn't work when both of the garage elevators did work.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a great location.

The location was great, with plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. There was live music next door on our first night, but it ended at a reasonable time, and the area was quiet afterward. The instructions for accessing both the building and the unit were clear and easy to follow.

The only small snag we encountered was that the washer wasn’t working. However, I contacted the number provided, and they quickly arranged for maintenance to come and fix it. My only suggestion would be to check the appliances before each guest’s arrival to help prevent issues like this. Overall, they did a great job resolving the problem promptly.

I loved the room, and all the extras. It made it feel like home. The location was good too.

It was kinda confusing finding the parking garage. Also, paying $40 for parking was too high!
