Bed so comfy I went out next day and bought the mattress.
It was very small.

Nice easy check in using a key box system and drop box for key. The room was well presented, clean and tidy. 😊 hairdryer was handy. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
Just small improvements would make overall experience a little better.
Having a plug socket or accessible usb port would be handy for charging phone. They were behind the bedside units so I had to move the unit to get to the socket. No great issue just less abled people might struggle. Limescale remover and silicon could be used round bottom tiles and shower door which would give it a fresh look. Shelf to put cosmetic bags on would also be handy in the bathroom.

Beautiful and clean, very comfortable bed. Had best sleep I’ve had for a while.
Blinds need repaired, I couldn’t close them properly.
Otherwise good
