Absolutely not recommended

Absolutely not recommended. The instructions for accessing the apartment were incorrect, as the apartment is located on a side street rather than at the address provided. We spent around 20 minutes looking for the keys in a different building. Only after contacting the host did they send us photos with the correct instructions for entering the apartment. The apartment is accessed directly from the street. In reality, it appears to be a shop with fully glazed walls and a glass entrance door that has been converted into an apartment. At night, you can hear all the noise coming from the street, and the entrance door opens directly onto the pavement, providing very little privacy. Inside, there was a bad smell and the level of cleanliness was clearly inadequate. The cutlery, glasses and pots had been poorly washed, and we also found some small insects in the drawers. The bathroom floor was not properly clean either. There was a large stain on the sofa, while the sofa bed mattress was covered in stains and mould. Because of this, I had to sleep in the armchair. The blankets in the bedroom also had an unpleasant smell. The most unbelievable part is that we paid €99 for the stay, including €25 specifically for cleaning fees, yet we found a notice inside the apartment stating that, because we had chosen the option without cleaning, we were expected to clean the bathroom and the floor at the end of our stay. Considering the condition in which we found the apartment, this raises serious doubts as to whether the apartment is actually cleaned before guests arrive. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I absolutely do not recommend.

Logement très agréable, propre et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est pratique et le séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort et les équipements. Je recommande !

Zentrale Lage, günstiger Parkplatz in der Nähe. Könnte deutlich angenehmer sein mit ordentlicher Lüftung, einem Matratzentausch und etwas besserer Reinigung...

Ehemaliges Ladengeschäft im Erdgeschoss. Schwierig zu lüften, da genau ein Fenster öffnebar ist (und das ist nicht im Schlafzimmer). Partypeople und Stadtreinigung machen davor dann ordentlich Lärm. Das Schlafsofa ist arg versifft, die Kopfkissen dazu werden offenbar routinemäßig ohne Auslüften in eine Kiste gestopft - entsprechend riechen sie dann auch.
