I had a wonderful stay at Pousada Padre Toledo! The entire property was super clean, and the pool area was really nice and relaxing. The breakfast was decent, and they even kindly offered me fresh fruits to go when I checked out.
What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality and understanding of the staff. A friend of mine who wasn't included in my initial booking joined me for breakfast. I completely forgot to inform reception beforehand, but when they reminded me about the additional charge, they handled it in the absolute kindest and most respectful way possible. The extra charge was completely fair, and their polite, polite approach made me appreciate their customer service even more.
Nothing at all—everything about the stay was smooth and pleasant!
